It's not until you're grown that you start to see that what was said was to prepare you for the betrayal that comes later.
I have betrayed myself by questioning the ability of my writing and not having the confidence to keep writing.
I have had friends who have betrayed me and our friendship.
The betrayal for me has been in most of my relationships, where I wasn't good enough not to be cheated on.
I feel like most of us in our lives will be betrayed in one shape or form, and it's how you deal with the betrayal on if you come out on top of it or you let it destroy you.
Keep your eyes open and your circle small, and know the signs of betrayal when you start to see the red flags.
