Serenity
The state of calm, peaceful, and untroubled.
This word I saw three times yesterday, and I felt it was a sign from heaven to write about it.
I thought to myself, what does this word mean to me? Serenity is a feeling of calm true to its meaning, but it can also be your happy place.
Serenity is an overflow of peace and purpose in my life.
I have had more happen to me in the last year and a half that I lost sight of who I was ordered to be.
So caught up in that grief, I didn't see the serenity of being still to accept the joy in knowing I would be alright.
Grief can have you blind, so you're lost so deep you don't realize joy will come in the morning.
Serenity is that peace of being able to love again, grow in your gift, and understand that through it all, there is a peace and serenity in knowing God has a way of guiding you through your test so you can give the greatest testimony.
Serenity is that feeling of seeing the light shine bright in your life.
Serenity is also a sign of giving yourself Grace.
Remember, you can have a sense of serenity each and every day you wake up with a smile and joy.
