Worth(Know your worth)
The level at which someone or something deserves to be valued or rated.
I will begin to tell you a short story.
Four months ago, my job started using my friend and me as scapegoats for something we knew we had nothing to do with.
We as professionals took the fall.
Fast forward to last week, and it was tried again, but this time I stood my ground because at this point, it had become personal.
Know your worth, never let anyone compromise your intelligence and professionalism.
Keep your head up, stay focused. and know the devil and his demons can not destroy you.
What God has for you is just that it is what God has for you.
This year has started for me as a test to see if I understand and respect my worth.
I respect and see my worth, I will not compromise my worth for anyone who includes a job that doesn't respect the dedicated employees who come in and give our children and their parents a thousand percent daily.
I will keep fighting for what is right, a lie changes, and the truth does not!!
I will never settle for anything less than my worth.
